Frappe Desk 1

- With the help of above mentioned link; Installed frappe desk along with erpnext, so that we can view/access the properties of erpnext and frappedesk on the same page



- Can create Tickets and view the ticket list:






- After creating a new ticket, can select the particular ticket and view the details.

Also can send reply based on the corresponding ticket.



- After closing a ticket, we can give feedback.





- Each ticket will be automatically assigned to an agent, who should be a System user.



- Dashboard of a user who can view the summary of their ticket details
